Jay Paul was replaced with Trickytee a few minutes before the start of season 5, Lockdown edition, according to former Big Brother housemates Dorathy Bachor and Prince.
Jaypaul, who is now a part of BB Naija season 6, was reportedly eliminated after testing positive for Covid-19, according to Dorathy and Prince.
On Friday, Prince and Dorathy shared this in an Instagram live video with Kiddwaya.
“Jaypaul is the one who was turned back a few minutes to the live show,” Dorathy explained. I believe it was because he had COVID-19.
When Jaypaul first entered the house, he stated that he was intended to be a contestant on the show's lockdown version.
He was turned back 45 minutes from scaling the stage, according to the shine ya eye flatmate.
He didn't go into detail about the incident, but he was certain his baggage had entered the house, so he returned to the motel.
Jaypaul admitted that it was a difficult period for him, but that his family supported him.
