N@ked Baby Featured In Nirvana's Album Cover 30 years ago Sues Band For Child Se'xual Exploitation

Nirvana's renowned "Nevermind" album art features a na 'ked baby who has grown up and is now suing the band for child sexual exploitation.

Spencer Elden claims to be the na 'ked baby  pictured in a swimming pool on Nirvana's 1991 album cover.

Thirty years after the album's release, he's suing the band's surviving members and Kurt Cobain's estate.

Elden argues he couldn't consent to his image being used on the album art since he was only a 4-month-old infant, according to a new federal lawsuit acquired by TMZ. He also claims his legal guardians didn't consent.

In his lawsuit, Elden contends that the image is child pornography. He also alleges the band promised to put a sticker on his genitals, but it was never included on the album cover.

Elden argues that Kurt, Dave Grohl, and the rest of the band failed to safeguard and prevent him from being sexually exploited, and that having his na 'ked baby body plastered on a famous album caused him lifetime damages, according to the documents.

Eden wants at least $150,000 in damages from the band, Kurt's estate, and others.
