Comedian Ayo Ajewole, best known by his stage name Woli Agba, and his wife have welcomed a baby boy, confessing that they lost a kid a year ago.
Woli Agba, probably one of the most well-known 'gospel' comedians in the entertainment industry said that he continued to act on stage as if nothing had happened when he lost a baby in 2020.
Woli Agba spoke about how he was able to make people laugh on stage despite the fact that his baby had died.
The comedian added in a recent Instagram post announcing the birth of his new baby that God has restored his joy and erased the memory of his sorrow.
Woli Agba, who shared a photo of an adult hand holding a baby's foot, said,
“Last year, I lost a baby but performed on stage like nothing happened.
“January 3, 2020 ‘Hangout with Woliagba’ has been registered to my heart as the day I was heartbroken on stage, hid my sorrows, and made my people laugh while I struggled with the news of a dead baby deep down inside me.
“This year, God has restored my joy and cancelled the memory of my loss. I am so grateful to God. Congratulations to my family. It’s a boy!”
