Actress Georgina Onuoha posted an image of an online rumor claiming that singer Tiwa Savage has lost four major sponsorship deals as a result of her leaked recording. Tiwa was smart to go public about being blackmailed, according to Georgina. Her coworkers, on the other hand, did her a damage by praising her leaked footage and referring to her as a queen in their articles.
'Say no to blackmailers,' she believes the story should have been.
Georgina used Kim Kardashian as an example, claiming that the American entrepreneur and reality star embarked on a 15-year apology tour, appearing on every major TV and talk show in the country and issuing public apologies to save her brand.
She also mentioned that, according to public relations professionals, not all publicity is good publicity.
Georgina expressed herself as follows:
"If I were on her PR team, I'd advise a public apology; most of you will argue that it's unnecessary because her bla bla bla did not leak the recording."
Still, if you understand public relations, you'll recognize that an apology to her family-oriented supporters is required; she apologizes for allowing such an incident to reach the media while also playing the victim because she is still the victim, and then she moves on.
"Did you know that despite Kim K's celebrity, certain firms will never utilize her as an ambassador? You may argue that she doesn't require it, but believe me when I say that her team wants such brands to contact her."
