Playboy, an adult magazine, terminated its agreement with P0rn star Mia Khalifa over her contentious social media tweets endorsing Hamas and Palestine during the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Shortly after hundreds were kil;led in a surprise attack by Hamas militants on Saturday, October 8, Khalifa took to social media to show support for the militants.
Her appeal for people to support Palestinians went viral and drew condemnation from a variety of sources. She emphasized that people on the wrong side of history were those who did not stand up for Palestinians.
Not too long afterward, Khalifa fanned the flames once more with a message that exhorted Palestinian liberation warriors to record the events in horizontal, high-quality 4K footage.
Afterwards, she referred to the attack on an Israeli military vehicle by Hamas as "a Renaissance painting."
It seemed that she wanted to preserve a historical account of the hardships that Palestinians endured in their fight to escape what she called a "open-air prison."
Additionally, reality star Kylie Jenner faced criticism from Khalifa, who claimed Jenner lacked a thorough grasp of geopolitics and demanded a cogent explanation after she posted and then removed a statement endorsing Israel.
Todd Shapiro, a Canadian podcaster and radio personality and Khalifa's business partner and collaborator at Red Light Holland Corp., abruptly ended their partnership and announced her immediate termination. Strongly criticizing Khalifa for appearing to support ra;pe, beatings, violence, de;ath, and hostage-taking, he called her stand "disgusting" and "beyond disgusting."
Playboy notified its subscribers via email late on Monday night that Khalifa's contract had been terminated.
Khalifa's remarks were denounced by the magazine in a statement as "disgusting and reprehensible," especially her delight of Hamas's attacks on Israel.
