A young girl was observed sticking her tongue and toe into the mouth of a baby.
But the mother of the child saw a video showing the young nanny sticking her tongue and toe down the child's throat.
The girl was said to have deleted the video, but it turned up in the recycling bin.
The video of her putting her toe into the child's mouth, causing the child to struggle to breath, was shared online.
In the video, the girl is also seen admitting to committing the act.
