According to activist VeryDarkman, veteran Nollywood actor Mr. John Okafor Ibu had his leg amputated. He announced the unfortunate news on his Twitter page.
VeryDarkman pointed out that even if a lot of people had donated money to keep his limb from being amputated, the feared outcome still came.
Speaking further, he emphasized that Mr. Ibu's lack of support from others, including his family, was what had caused this result.
VeryDarkman said that everyone had intended to take advantage of his situation.
VeryDarkman went on to say that the actor still needs help, but this time, he wants love and prayers from his supporters.
