"Why I Will Never Stop Living With My Mum" - Anthony Joshua Reveals He Stays With His Mum At Age 34

Anthony Joshua, a British-Nigerian boxer, disclosed that, though being 34 years old, he still resides with his mother, Yeta Odusanya, and has no plans to move out.

2017 saw Joshua return to his mother's two-bedroom former council apartment following his estimated £15 million win against Wladimir Klitschko.

In an interview with Louis Theroux, the British boxer talked about his tight ties with his family and gave his prospective girlfriend a heads-up that it would be difficult to get him to move out.

The two-time world champion said to the BBC that "I still live with my mum." In our culture, we support our parents and grew up in our own family homes.

'Why am I going to move out and leave my mum by herself, for some girl? Family is the most important thing.

"A girl who marries me is marrying not just me, but also my family."

Joshua, who has never been seen dating, said that he prefers to keep his personal affairs quiet because he finds it difficult to live up to the expectations that others have of him.

He continued: 'Are we going to dissect everything I say and use it as a narrative to create a story? That's why I keep myself to myself.

You put so much pressure on yourself to appear as this huge celebrity and to be flawless.

'They will drag you down, I can assure you. The higher you are, the bigger the drop.'

Joshua was previously in an on-off relationship with the mother of his child, former school friend Nicole Osbourne.
