The governorship election in Anambra is set to take place this Saturday, November 6, 2021.
A video of a man wearing a cap and sash with the PDP logo on it, handing out N400 to men and women beside a canned drink is circulating online ahead of the polls.
The indigenes were seen trooping out of a hall in an orderly fashion, first collecting the 400 naira and then being handed a can of drink.
