Ikoyi Building Collapse: Owner Of Ikoyi Collapsed Building, Femi Osibona Found DEAD

Femi Osibona, the owner of the 21-story skyscraper in Lagos' Ikoyi neighborhood that collapsed, has been found dead.

The structure fell on Monday, resulting in the recovery of 38 dead from the rubble.

On 44 BCD Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Osibona is the developer of the enormous 360 Degrees Towers project. The project represents three fine pieces of high-rise and real estate, being built in the area.

Two of the three projects are still standing, while the third fell apart on Monday.

Osibona is the Managing Director of Fourscore Homes. He told Thisday in an interview in 2019 that Fourscore Homes is a member of the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) in South Africa and Zurich Building Guarantee in Europe, as part of the company’s presence overseas.
