Donald Trump Slams Bishop For Asking Him To Show Mercy To Immigrants and Gays

A Washington bishop has come under fire from President Donald Trump for requesting that he show mercy to LGBTQ people and illegal immigrants.

Episcopal Diocese of Washington Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde made this plea during Tuesday's National Prayer Service.

She claimed that members of the LGBTQ community and immigrants in the nation are becoming fearful of Trump's new policies.

Trump, however, called her a bigot and called for an apology in a statement released on Wednesday.

The so-called Bishop who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday morning was a Radical Left hard line Trump hater.

She brought her church into the World of politics in a very ungracious way. She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart.

“Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was a very boring and uninspiring one. She is not very good at her job! She and her church owe the public an apology!” Trump stated.

Recall that Trump Trump issued measures on Monday, after being sworn in as president for the second time, to suspend the arrival of asylum seekers and expel migrants in the country illegally.
