Nigerian influencer Nons Miraj, also known as Chinonso Ukah, has publicly responded to claims made by Alax Evalsam, a viral Fish-Pie guy, that he was discarded and used by celebrities after his story went viral.
In a recent interview, Alax bemoaned the fact that those who were close to him during his ascent to prominence later "used and dumped" him, making his financial difficulties worse.
His remarks caused a stir on the internet, with admirers accusing celebrities who had worked with him in his prime, such as Nons Miraj.
Nons Miraj responded by releasing a video in which she defended her reputation and described the support she gave to the sensationalist Fish-Pie.
She mentioned a number of ways she helped him, such as giving him a car and giving him clothes, housing, and other essentials.
The comedienne refuted the insinuation that she had exploited him and called on FishPie to retract his claims and clarify which individuals he was referring to in his accusations.
“Heaven helps those who help themselves. Please do not tag me to matters relating to this again! I’ve done my part as my spirit led 🤍,” she captioned her video.
Many fans have since been divided on the topic with many condemning Alax for being entitled.
