Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali was seen driving Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari out of the airport after he arrived in the country.
Buhari arrived at Bole International Airport's newly built VIP Terminal in Addis Ababa today, October 3, ahead of his inauguration tomorrow, October 4, to begin a new five-year tenure in office.
The Ethiopian National Defense Force presented the Nigerian president with a complete guard of honour, after which the Ethiopian prime minister gestured to him to join him in a waiting SUV, which he drove himself.
Below are photos of Buhari shortly after he arrived at Addis Ababa.
