Tayo Sobola, a well-known Nollywood actress, has stated the reasons behind her secret wedding.
The actress surprised her followers a few months ago when she posted pictures on her Instagram account of herself wearing a bridal gown.
While some congratulated her and wished her happiness, others assumed the photos were for a film she was working on.
"I am a married woman," she added. My husband does not work in the film business. For a long time, I've been married. Before we married, I had known him for nearly 7 yrs. If u know me, u know I like my personal life. For the past 7 years, I've been with my spouse.
"I smile when I read certain blog articles; they should feel free to tag anyone." I value privacy in my personal life, which is why I chose to marry in secret. I didn't get married this year; the photos were just uploaded a few months ago."
The film diva, who is also a fashion entrepreneur, acknowledged that she hasn't been in many movies recently since she's been concentrating on her clothing brand, Clean Stitches, which recently established a shop in Abuja.
